IT Governance Model

I'm an IT consultant and ITIL International Trainer in Iran. ITIL establishes a process oriented structure for IT governance in an organization. ITIL is a comprehensive set of best practices and the nature of ITIL is based on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
We have used a triangle model for IT Governance in some projects in Iran, this model consists of 3 major frameworks / standards :
1- ITIL for IT Service Management
2- COBIT for IT Audit and Performance Management
3- ISO 17799/27001 for Information Security Management
